CHIROPRACTOR
DC, CSCS, ART®
Dr. Josh Carless-Jones is a Chiropractor dedicated to helping people move, feel, and perform at their best. He was born and raised in Nanaimo, BC where he earned his Bachelor’s degree from Vancouver Island University before moving to Toronto to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He holds his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) designation, along with certification in Full Body Active Release Techniques and Motion Palpation Institute adjusting techniques.
Growing up in the Harbor City, Josh competed in baseball and hockey, playing for teams such as the Nanaimo Pirates of the PBL and the Oceanside Generals Junior Hockey Club of the VIJHL. His athletic background instilled a deep appreciation for preparation, resilience, and recovery — values that now shape his approach to patient care.
Josh maintains a strong focus on evidence-based practice in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. He blends movement assessment, advanced manual therapy, and strength & conditioning principles to not only help patients get out of pain, but to guide them toward exceeding what they thought their body was capable of. Whether working with athletes, active professionals, or anyone looking to feel better in daily life, Josh develops personalized plans that align with each patient’s goals, body, and lifestyle.
