Kevin Hayes

Kevin is a physiotherapist who was born and raised in Duncan, BC. In 2010, Kevin relocated to Nanaimo to complete his bachelor’s degree in Sport, Health, and Physical Education at Vancouver Island University. After completing his degree in 2015, Kevin obtained the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Upon obtaining this certification, he spent the following three years working as a strength and conditioning specialist with both high performance and recreational athletes/teams in Nanaimo.



After gaining several years of practical experience, Kevin decided to further pursue his studies in physical therapy. In 2019, Kevin graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia with a Masters in Physical Therapy. Since completing his masters, Kevin has also completed the Level 1 Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy. Kevin’s treatment philosophy involves incorporating manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and individualized exercise prescription to meet the specific needs of each client.
